SKU: V603Create a more uniformly divided puck with this tool. Clumbs in ground coffee increases the chance of channeling, which has a negative influence on the extraction process. Luckily, John Weiss encountered the same problem and came up with a solution. His idea was to stir the coffee grounds with a sort of rake, to get rid of the clumbs. Ideal in combination with a coffee funnel so the coffee does not spill over the edge of the filter holder.
Comes with an ergonomic walnut handle and 3 inox loops.
