A long-standing fixture in the Quick Mill range, the PID/Profilio features the same brewing unit found on other Quick Mill machines, the same (indestructible) thermoblock, and the renowned reliable grinder.
However, this version of the 3035 offers many more features than the standard 3035. The OLED display and the Profilio lever on the right side of the machine are particularly striking. The steam pipe on this version is also made of stainless steel and double-walled instead of single-walled brass.
The OLED display offers significant added value compared to the standard 3035. The temperature can be adjusted via the display and the right-hand dial. The temperature is regulated via a PID temperature controller, allowing this Quick Mill to deliver a much more stable temperature than a standard 3035. The biggest advantage, of course, is that you can adjust the temperature to your desired setting. While brewing the espresso, the display functions as a shot timer, allowing you to easily monitor the extraction time.
This 3035 features the same robust coffee grinder as other Quick Mills with built-in grinders. The dosage can be adjusted with the left knob. Unlike the standard 3035, this version also displays the grinding time, making it much easier to use.
The Profilio lever on the side allows you to adjust the extraction pressure (even while brewing an espresso). With these additions, the 3035 keeps pace with the latest trends in espresso brewing. Furthermore, this luxurious 3035 features an adjustable pre-infusion function, allowing you to significantly boost the extraction of your espressos.
