Thermostat Vibiemme Domobar standard

The thermostat is adjustable between 30 and 90 degrees, of course you will have to sit at the top of the temperature range for your Domobar. Adjusting the thermostat takes a little patience. Let the machine heat up completely and then let water run out of the machine through the brew group. You can tell a lot about the temperature from the way the water comes out of the group. If it is mainly steam, then it is too hot. Only the first bit may be some steam/boiling water, this can be clearly seen and heard. Then adjust the temperature in very small steps and let the machine stand for at least 5 minutes to have a stable picture of the new temperature. When the probe of the old thermostat no longer comes out of the tube in the boiler, cutting off the probe is the only solution, then mount a new tube and thermostat.
